HOW IT WORKS

  • Our services have different price points. We start off with 2 hr pricing for an event reservation. You always have the option of adding on extra hours for an additional fee.

    A majority of our items (i.e. Game Truck, Laser Tag, Gaga Ball) are priced starting at $300 + Tax for 2 hours for 1 activity. Other items require more labor/setup time so they have a higher price point. Ex. - Zorb/Hamster Balls with Race Track, DJ. Game Show. Please inquire with us to get pricing on these specific services.

  • Call/Text 832-727-1050 or fill out the online form with your booking request. Once you have decided on the services you want for your event, we will check date availability, & then make your reservation and an invoice/quote will be sent to you.

  • A down payment is required in order to secure a reservation. Generally the minimum amount is $100 (or more for larger reservations). The remaining balance is due on the event date. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Checks will only be accepted by schools/churches/businesses.

  • On the day of your event, you will receive a phone call from one of our employees assigned to your event. They will arrive 15-45 min prior to your event start time, depending on what you ordered. Everything will be set up and ready to go by your event start time. During your event, our employee(s) will supervise the players and facilitate games (depending on the activity). At the end of your event, our employee(s) will pack everything up and head out. You wont need to lift a finger!

  • We understand that life happens, and the unexpected is…well…unexpected. So in the event that you need to cancel your reservation for any reason (i.e. sickness, weather, schedule conflict), we have a few options for you. If you cancel 2 weeks or further out from your event date, we can refund your deposit. If it’s within 2 weeks until your event, we dont refund your deposit, BUT we do hold it for up to one year (or slightly longer if needed). Then you can reschedule your event to a different date.

  • Combo Packages

    All items can be reserved together in any combination to make a Combo Package. These packages have discounted rates when combined. The discounts vary depending on what items you order and the. type of event you have.

    Ex. For a residential birthday party

    Sprinter Game Truck ($300) + Laser Tag ($300) for 2 hrs = $600 - $150 combo discount + 8.25% tax = $487.13

  • Travel Fee

    We charge travel fees for locations that are more than 30 miles from our storage base. This fee covers gas and the extra travel time there and back. It can range anywhere from $25-$150).

  • Add-On Hours

    Additional time can be added to any reservation you have. Most activities cost $100-150 for each additional hour. If you have a combo package we have a discounted fee for the add-on hours of multiple activities (ask us for quotes).

  • Late-Night Hours

    We do overnight events (anything after 10pm) as well. We dont generally apply discounts to these time frames. And sometimes there is a higher price point for overnight events (inquire with us about it).
